I'm looking for a less than 30' TT or 5th that has a dedicated garage to haul some dirt bikes (up to 4). Issues are the wife wants a dedicated garage. Then the Sequoia National Forest has a lot of campsites that are max 30' overall (otherwise I'd have gone slightly larger).

Any other options besides the following (haven't found any 5th wheels under 30' overall)?
* XLR 27HFS
* Fun Finder XT-276
* Outback 230RS (doubt I'd really get this as I like the slide outs in the others)

How would resale be on a smaller toy hauler with a dedicated garage?

I just traded my 26' toyhauler and they had it sold before I finished the walkthrough of the MH. The salesman said they are hot right now. Especially with a dedicated garage like mine had. It was a 2004 keystone sportsmen.

I think you are right on the 5ers.
We wanted as short as possible with a garage.
The Fuzion 302 is what we got. Actaul length is 35'
And we realize that will prevent us from getting into some campgrounds.
But we love it!

I think with the bumper pulls, you may find some with a box under 30', but with tounge it will be closer to 34'. Probably not a problem with parking in your spots.

Such as....this.

If you download thisbrochure from Crossroads RV, they show a TT floorplan with seperate garage and I believe is 28'. I don't know when it will be available as the Elevation line is brand new.

Yah, I've seen some TT and 5ers that are 32/33 overall. I've only found those 3 trailers that are exactly 30' overall (or under in case of the outback). Only down side is it's a drive to the nearest dealer to check one out in person. And I haven't found any used ones. It seems they are pretty new on the market.

Yah, I looked at it, but it's 31'11' overall. I'm hesitant as 2' over 30' is probably something to cause a ranger to check.

Great to hear. Actually, I'd snap that up as well. I'll have to check around to see if I can find a use one for sale. Would rather do that then spend $25-28k on a new one. Just wasn't aware if there were older models around that were similar.

That looks perfect if I can find one with the right options for sale (w/queen loft and dinette in the front).

If you don't mind, what was the overall (tongue to rear door) on that? I've seen it quoted at 30' and 31'10".
