My MH and latest car came with nitrogen in the tires. The only advantage I have noticed is that they do not seem to leak as much as plain air. However, no way would I pay extra for it.

Both of which have big advantages over the regular WET air found in those coin op air compressors without air dryers. X-2, I retired from a Trucking Company that used both and like Brett said very slight advantage that couldn't justify the cost so they went back to dry air.

Well, I have actually had to add weight to my MH to keep it on the ground after adding Nitrogen to the tires. I have been getting about 90MPG since adding it. And it rides like it's on air. Well more like a blimp but hey. Oh wait, maybe I added Helium....
