My brand new Itaska hitch was installed crooked by the folks at Winnebago. The dealer fixed it but just wondering why the beams on my f53 ford chassis would be unlevel in the first place.

Are we talking about out of level side to side or front to back? And how much of a difference was it out of level?

The OP posted 7 topics all on the same day about his "brand new" motor home but on one of them forgot and said he had it for over a year.
This whole thing stinks.

Given the benefit of doubt, how about you posting some pictures of this "unlevel hitch" and make sure there is a tape measure extended next to each side we can see for ourselves just how unlevel it is. Otherwise, you have a hard hill to climb and won't find much sympathy here.
