I was hoping to get some help. I noticed that truck campers have been missing from every Good Sam Highways magazine I have received in the year that I have been a member. I wrote to their e-mail address located in the front of the magazine and told them how much I enjoyed the magazine but I would like to see truck campers represented. I think if more of us contacted them they would be inclined to let others know what we have already found out, just what great rigs our truck campers are.

Tried Good Sam for one year. No TC's and they are still trying to sell me something. Just did not have the information I am looking for.

If they don't want to represent our RV's then we shouldn't use their service. I used them when I had my class A but haven't since I got the TC. I am now comparing all the roadside service providers.

Most of their reviews and articles are advertiser based and it's why I don't get excited over their reviews. No truck camper ads means no articles about truck campers.

I'm a ""Prez Member'' or whatever at camping world because its cheaper then the local RV stores and has 10 times the stuff. But yea the never ending junk mail from Good Sam Club/Camping World is insane. Luckily there is a blue recycling bin 5 feet from my PO Box....

I presume we TC'rs are not big customers for them so they forget us I read more important stuf out of TC section than in other campers type TC is the only one with a UNIVERSITY which is full of informations TC'rs are real campers and the others are cottages on wheels.

LOL, truth there. Campers are a small percentage of the RV Market. Also I think TC people are more the type of people that are frugal and more do-it-ourself-ers.
Camping World's service department excels at helping those who cann't even check a caulking on a roof. They love people with money and can help you solve all your RV ''problems''.
''For a small fee we will pickup your rugs and shake them out'' so you don't have to bend over...

I buy stuff at camping world but anything to do with good sam that comes in the mail goes right into the recycling bin unopened

CampingLife and TrailerLife are much more TC friendly and you don't have to join a club!
