Anyone own a grill weight and where did you get it? I'm talking about a weight that looks like a small concrete trowel or an old cast iron flat iron. You see it used on bacon while it is on the flat top to keep it flat.

Recently, purchased the round bacon weight listed at the bottom of the "Grill Weight" link. Works very well in a regular, round pan!! No grease poppin.

I have an old Cast-Iron Bacon press. It's been around for years.

I have two, one round and one that is square. They are both made by Lodge and I would imagine Amazon has them. They aren't cheap, but they last forever.

I found one today at the Ace Hardware in the housewares section. I wanted a bacon press and this one is cast iron and shaped like a pig. Very cute.
