Have you checked your fuel filter? It could be blocking up with debris. When you stop the debris falls back down in the filter and allows you to start again until the suction of the fuel pump pulls it back up again. Might be the problem.

Welcome!
It is resetting the computer when you turn ignition off.
Start with easy thing, fuel filter. Some require special tool to remove. Available at most parts stores.
Next is fuel pump, Need to have shop check pressure AND flow.
Next catalytic converter. Had this problem on a rental Ford truck. Some exhaust shops can test the back pressure to determine if catalytic converter is problem.

filter is new but did not have this trouble until I had about 500miles on a service ( oil and all filter changes ) I thought it was a vent problem because as soon as I had problems the rv did not want to take fuel at the pumps but I cleaned all lines and it seems to take the gas ok now do you know how the tank vent works I can not blow through it into the tank is there a one way value or a solinide also if I start the generator the rv engine has no power shut the gen off and motor comes back to lie

Try inspecting the lines at the fuel tank.
The vent line could be collapsed or kinked.
The genset should be on a separate connection to the fuel tank.
I haven't seen any check valves on a vent line for the fuel tank. Some rigs have the charcoal canister that is in the vent line.

lines all look good gen set is on a separate line can not located any charcoal canister but the vent line will not let me blow any air through it would removing the gas cap not act as a vent as well

You should be able to blow through the line.
Yes, removing the cap should allow air into the tank so there would be no vacuum.
Did you tank the lines off and look on the inside? Some collapse on the inside.
Look for the tank vent system around the frame rail.

I'd say fuel filter or fuel pump. 1/2 hour is a long time.... Weird.
4 whopping cylinders on Toyota RV's. Talk about great getting good MPG. Also I have a very light foot on the pedal. I followed some MPG advice on Livingpress.com and I now get 22 MPG! Not bad for a home on wheels.

the wait time is about a second or two I do not even stop the rv I put it in neutral shut key off and then restart and it is fine again for at least 1/2 hour the faster you go the shorter the time 1/2 hour is at 60mph

It doesn't sound like fuel pump because the genset normally does not operate through the chassis pump.
It doesn't sound like filter for the same reason.
Sounds more like catalytic converter or muffler clogging. Builds up backpressure to the point that the engine no longer has vacuum.
