My levelers have not been real reliable. The auto level is horrible and needs to be recalibrated. I had cold weather trouble when using them and getting low voltage error. Got that taken care of by being in nice warm weather. Now the rear jacks won't deploy. I pulled into a site and manually leveled. All jacks down. Then I noticed the left wheel was off the ground by a bunch. So retracted all and releveled. We interrupted a retract and deployed them again and then the problem started. At first none would deploy and then after waiting 20 minutes the fronts deployed but no success on rear. At times the pump motor runs and then stops and then at others I get no reaction. No errors or anything just no rear jack movement. Any ideas. It is on warranty so we will contact roadside service in the morning. Powergear jacks. No remote. Inside touch pad. Operate with engine running.

Parking brake ON? Should be in Park and the brake ON and engine running.
Also turn the Pad switch off and back on again just before you want to use them. If turned ON and left alone for a while with no action, they will "Time Out" and shut the panel off. Good luck

No, none of those things are the problem. We did deploy them successfully and then partially retract and attempt to deploy them again which is when our trouble started.

When the cycle is interrupted it confuses the computer. You need to push the control panel buttons in a particular series to reset the computer. I forget the series don't have my book do you have your owners manual for the jacks. if you do it should tell you in trouble shooter. If not search the web for the manual.

You probably need to recalibrate your levelers to the 'zero" plane. It is not that hard to do and the procedure is in a PDF document on Power Gear's web site you just need to know the number of your keypad such as touch pad 500629 or 140-1226. You can also look up your touch pad number using their web site. Although Power Gear does not offer live customer support they do have an extensive trouble shooting library in their support section on their web site. Hope this helps..

RESOLVED Please see the post that I just wrote in this section. I believe I found a loose ground wire that was connected enough to work a little but also lost connection when it was required to have more power to operate the pump. My low voltage problem a little over a month ago was probably this as well and when the connection area became dirty I got low voltage indicator even though I was fully charged and engine running. A cleaning from driving in rain makes it work and dirt I lose the connection.
