I am interested in buying an Allegro Motor Home. It is a year 2000 35ft diesel pusher. It has one slide in the living room. Has anyone owned one of these or had any experience with this model? Did you have any problems? What should I be looking out for? What are the good side to owning a motorhome and what are the bad.

Thank you very much for your imput. This will be my first motorhome.

Is it a Allegro Bay or a Allegro Bus? Tiffin is noted for their super customer service. Visit www.tiffinrvnetwork.com, the Tiffin owners site, and you'll get lots of help.

We just sold our 2005 Allegro Bus 38', 3 slide motorhome that we bought new. Tiffin makes a very nice motorhome, certainly not trouble free, but once they are sorted out, they are very nice coaches! After 12 years, a 2000 model year should certainly be "sorted out". If it checks out mechanically and has been well taken care of and maintained (maintenance records?) I'd go for it!

PS--we sold our Bus as we are downsizing to a Class B

We had a 1996 Allegro Bus 1 slide 102365 miles just traded last July for a 2005 Allegro Bus 4 slide 14465 miles. This is our 3 Tiffin. Great service.
