My OXYGENICS shower head has been stored in the closet since I sold my camper.. Just bought a FOREST RIVER WILDWOOD RV.. now discovered my OXY shower head is in pieces. Not sure how it came apart. The control valve is disconnected from the hose and the head. I might be missing some pieces, not sure. There seems to be a threaded screw sticking out of the shower head.. but it will not screw into anything. When you put the pieces together the screw goes into a hole,.. but because the connection is "notched".. it can't be turned to tighten. It seems like maybe it is supposed to be tightened from up inside the shower head.. but it will not come apart. Now that I have totally confused everyone.. Any suggestions?

Here are the pieces I have.

end of hose:

end of shower head, control valve and small black rubber washer. By the way.. the washer is oblong shape and matches the oblong opening in the shower head, where the screw is protruding:

The easy way - buy a new one. They're not very expensive.

I think the washer go on the 2 openings..I think you are missing a washer...This happened to me 2 years ago. I don't exactly remember, but I think the part with the screw pertruding comes off the handle...you may be missing a nut or it is embedded in the plastic

Did you have to provide them with a receipt?

Impressive. Have you noticed that the poor economy has improved customer service throughout the business community? I guess there is always something positive to come out of it. I have experienced that same thing recently, especially with New Balance shoes who stood behind their product that was bought through a retailer in a distant state. Now all we need is to get back to 'live' people answering their phones.
