Does anybody have any comments on this dealer? I'm not from the area but they've given me an excellent price quote on a unit we're interested in. I wouldn't be using them for service but would like to know if they have a reasonable reputation and could expect a well prepped trailer and a good response to any issues at pick-up?

I have not bought from them but friends have, and think highly of them. They are a small operation that has been in business for many years. I have shopped for units there and they had a better than average attitude toward the customer. If they had something I wanted, I would buy from them.

They've been around for a very many years. I see them each year at the Novi, Michigan RV Expo. In fact it's next week.

Years ago we bought a truck camper from them. Good people to deal with.

We bought our MH from them back in Dec. 2004 and were very satisfied with them. They did everything they promised. We drove up on a Sunday to stay in the MH over night, had the out and inside training for all of the systems, etc. they repaired anything we noticed during our stay and were great in our opinion. They dealt primarily in Fifth wheel trailers and popups as I recall vs. MH's. I would recommend them to anyone interested in what they sell.

We did not use them for service as they were not really setup for MH service and Travel Supreme was closer for service.

When you see them, mention that the Krause's still have the 2003 Travel Supreme 38'MH they bought back in Dec. 2004 and still happy with it.

I am positive that is the place I bought my / our 1st Coleman pop up from back in 1994. I recall it being a good experience (altough I was so green then I probably wouldn't have known otherwise).

Funny story - I always enjoyed camping. I was either dating or engaged to this girl then (now married). We went tent camping with my friends up north in the fall. It was very cold & it rained. We ended up going to a hotel in the middle of the night. I bought the pop up within the next week or two. The now wife says she thought I was crazy at the time buying a pop up, without a family, while living in an apartment, & towing it with a Buick Century!

They are a very small outfit. Their shop can't hold much more than a pop-up or very small travel trailer by what I saw. There larger campers probably get worked on outside.
We were inquiring about buying a Cameo from them last summer. The owner was very slow in responding to questions and a quote. We ended up purchasing ours from Terrytown in Grand Rapids, MI. We got a much better deal there and better response.

Nice small operation. They do not have a big show room or service bays. They have just good old fashioned knowledge and sell at a fair price without trade. Have dealt with them on 2 trailers and ended up someplace else based on the trade price as they didn't really want what I was trading. Randu

Good people. Mike is the owner, and very knowledgeable. I bought my trailer from them over 3 years ago and would buy another from them. Don't let the size of their shop scare you. They are quite capable. All employees have been there many many years.

I prefer the small over the large overhead operations.
