We've got the 3950 HD edition. We love it. I wouldn't trade it for anything. Love the refrigerator and second bath, Second fridge gets used on virtually every trip (we don't boondock, so are almost always on power). Even if on Genny, you can run the fridge while genny is running and it will help keep drinks cool.

Had a few teething problems with it, but the dealer and Heartland proved to be fantastic and resolved everything in the first year we owned it. The Water pump has failed several times (Shurflo), so I've gotten quite good at replacing them. Shurflo stands behind them, so no cost. We're quite happy with it and get a lot of positive comments on it. We got it for mid 50's, second air, added a second toyloc (one in front and one in rear), swapped love seat for recliner. And yeah, the ladder stinks. I guess none of the design engineers ever tried to climb it in stocking feet (impossible). We leave shoes on when climbing it. Good luck and have fun!

I like the 2nd bath a lot. Keeps kids out of the main. One has a fridge in garage other not. Was the fridge worth the cost or never used?

Our rig has a 2nd bath that we removed and installed a cat play area. However, if you travel with human children you will find it most useful as is.

I love the (beer) fridge - I use it as often as I can

Wife and I have a 2011 3950 HD and love it. I wanted the 2nd fridge and bathroom. Potty to keep the kids out of ours, and the fridge just because. Wife wasn't crazy about either but gave in. Our first trip out with friends their fridge failed so our 2nd earned it's keep right off the bat, and the wife has come to appreciate our "private" bathroom and that the garage can actually be quite useful living space.

I have mixed feelings on the service, but overall I'm happy.

Oh,and I agree, the ladder blows great big goats. Some pipe insulation made it just north of intolerable. You would think that the shear volume of people in agreement on this issue would prompt the factory to address it. It wouldn't be that daggone difficult.

We love our Cyclone. Been a great model for us. We looked at the 3950, but I felt like the trailer was to much the truck. We could have got it too though in hind site. The wife wanted the extra bathroom, but we find we don't really need it. The main bath has two doors for privacy. The 2nd bath would just be wasted space for us I think. The lil fridge on the other hand is priceless. Ours is loaded with pop. That makes more room in the main fridge. The while thing works great. I don't like the new Ti floorplans. It's a great idea, but kills the storage and our basement is always chuck full. You'll love the 3950.

I can't argue with you there. Biggest camper I've ever had but less storage room than our first 30' Puma TT from 8 years ago.

Yeah again...great floorplans and a wickedly cool idea for towing, but that part is a deal breaker for us. It might not be an issue for everyone though. Some might not need the storage.
