Been peaking at both these units lately. Same units slightly different layout.
I like the 2nd bath a lot. Keeps kids out of the main. One has a fridge in garage other not. Was the fridge worth the cost or never used?
The loft ladder looks totally useless...
What is a decent price for each unit? I see they both MSRP 70K up. Checking Trader and not seeing many around to compare prices.
They both have 12" frames is good. I've read Lipperts?
Any good, bad or ugly info would be appreciated. Small issues always come up. I guess one of my concerns is, does Heartland go the extra mile to get things fixed or poo poo your issues until you go away?
I read one post with a 2010 model was a nightmare, anothers was great...
Thanks in advance.

I had a 2011 Cyclone 3950 for about two years before I traded this fall...Was given $42,000 on trade. I had nothing but good luck with that unit, but I don't have any toys...long story on why I had one in the first place. The fridge in the back only runs when using generator or hooked to shore power, but I will miss it dearly. The loft ladder was pathetic and I chose to put pipe insulation on the rungs so the boys would be more comfortable using it. Downfall is probably the loft beds are basically the main living area. The queen beds that drop down in garage were great except that they caught the blinds everytime they went up, so make sure you do it and not somebody else trying to 'help' you out.

We have a 370C which is almost identical to the 3950 but with the Titanium nose. That's why we got the 370 instead of a comparable 3950.
The only complaint I have about the garage is the length. I wish it was at least 14' but that's not a factor here with your question. The bathroom is great to have; especially for guests at the track. Last year at our races, we took the fridge on every trip. But when we winterized it, we brought that fridge inside the house garage. Its a freestanding plug-in model so it can be used anywhere. I don't think we'll use it at many races this year because the spot for the fridge can also be used as a closet to hang riding gear and its original intent was for a washer/dryer. When we take regular camping trips to the beach or Disney, we'll roll the fridge back in to keep our drinks and any extras cold.
The ladder for the loft is fine. My 17 year old and 11 year old sons sleep up there and it does fine.
We paid around $53,000 or so for ours at RV Outlet in Danville, Va.
If you have a good dealer who will take care of you, you should be in good shape. RV Outlet has been that way with us. We've had a few minor issues and a huge issue with our braking system. When talking with Heartland, they've been absolutely useless. If its a part covered by the manufacturer of that part, they barely took enough time to tell me how to call that manufacturer. Lippert, Dexter, whoever. It seems if Heartland can pawn it off on someone else, they will in heartbeat.
When its time to replace our Cyclone, we will look at Heartland products again. The floorplan is great and we do like the camper itself. But we will absolutely not consider a Heartland product over another product like a Fuzion, Raptor, or Voltage. The Heartland company has been the biggest disappointment with our camper so when its time to buy again, all brands will start on an equal playing field in my mind.

We have a 2011 Cyclone 3812. No extra fridge but the main fridge is a large 4 door unit. No 2nd bath. When we had 4 grandkids with us last summer we sent everyone to the campground bathrooms. Probably won't work too well at sporting events but it was good for us.
Lawnspecialties price is about right. We paid $52k including 2nd a/c, slide covers, & generator.
Our service experience has been very good. This is fortunate since we have had several problems. We worked directly with a Heartland service rep. On one occasion he was helping me schedule a repair and I mentioned that we had gone ahead and paid to get some co-ax cable issues fixed on our own dime, rather than wait for the required pre-approval. He basically said 'we would appreciate the opportunity to help out with that'. After sending him a copy of our itemized bill, we got a nice check in the mail. Thus far we have never been turned down, pushed off or disappointed in any way. What's worked best for us is to go directly to Heartland. We get the same guy every time we call since they are set up by region. He advised us to thoroughly test everything and report all findings before the warranty period is up. If something fails after the warranty has expired, there is some chance they will cover it if anything was documented during warranty. The key word there is 'chance'. Our warranty has just expired but at this stage everything is working properly....
I suggest you check out the Heartland Owners' Forum and search around in the bowels of this forum here as well. I'm sure you will find some horror stories but the large majority of Heartland feedback is pretty positive.

We looked at the Road Warrior and Cyclone a lot when we first started shopping for THs. When the Titanium models came out we narrowed our search down to the RW 30C and Cyclone 300C. After asking several dealers the difference between the RW and Cyclone the answers differed a little (depending on which model that dealer had) but we decided they are exactly the same except the Cyclone is a little nicer (better couch, a few more standard options, etc). We were ready to bite-the-bullet on the 300C when Voltage came out with their new garage set-up and ended up getting a 3200 with the EPIC package.
After spending tons of time on this forum and others, we found out that no matter what the manufacturer, some will hate them and others will love them - some with loads of problems and others, no problems at all. May the luck-of-the-draw be with you.

A RW dealer told us the main difference between the two was the Cyclone had a laminated roof vs the traditional wood truss roof for the RW.

We just purchased a RW305 from McMahon's in Arizona. We have the unit less than 2 months. Heartland has been great about standing behind their product and helping to fix some of the initial issues. McMahon's on the other hand, I would NEVER buy from again. We've had to file a complaint with the BBB and sent a letter to the Office of Inspector General due to not being able to obtain our registration. The gentleman who has been our contact at the dealer told us that there are "at least a dozen" cases right now of people needing registration. PM me if you need more information but if they are at the show, I'd run!

We just looked at a 2012 CY300C in Florida, they want $58,900 loaded with w/d, satellite, etc etc with the Titanium nose. Mainly we went to see if we can tow it with a hauler, the answer is yes. There is about 12-15" between that upper nose and our headache bar. The paperwork says there is only r7 in the walls, anyone taken one north during the late fall or early winter? We just had our New Vision in Michigan and Wisconsin in November. 30 degrees was OK, 20's and below it struggled but with two electric heaters we got 5 days out of a tank of propane. Another thing I noticed is the storage underneath is almost non-existant. There is a little pass through that is about 18" wide. I would have to work to coil my 50amp cord that tight...
If you are interested in it, IM me I will give you the dealer info. They have it on consignment, the owner bought it, towed it once, had a disasterous trip, now wants rid of it. sad...

X2 from all the research I did. We really like the Voltage and the Epic package is a fantastic deal IMO. Based on what people have posted, Dutchman seems to be working hard to support the product as well. I would put Voltage on your list for sure.
