Having read the background....and all that you have had to do in your early years, I truly feel your anquish at having to do anything with this fur-baby....and with her at 10 years old, it makes sense to just do what you can to make her comfortable in her remaining years.
I guess the point was that she shouldn't have to much trouble eating with another missing tooth.....one of our girls had 8 teeth removed, and it didn't stop her from her kibble......
A friend looked at it as Hospice for his dog, who died at home. I'm not saying that this is something that will happen with Maddie any time soon, but as you mentioned, she's got lots of issues. As long as she's not in pain, keep on doing what you are doing, and you've and Maddie have got lots of Powerful & Positive Papillon Pings & Prayers coming from our Pack..

Maddie has had to endure much more than any dog should have too.....glad she came thru her surgery ok...Zari sends hugs to her and so do I !

Awwwww I hope The rest of Maddie's life is peaceful and without pain.......Its so hard to do the right thing for our pets that we love so much..........
