Have you asked the campground to check voltages?
Why spend your money on someone elses problem?

The problem is this happens on a weekend when the campground is full. On Monday they call an electrician. The electrician comes somewhere between Monday afternoon and Thursday morning. The campground is sparsely populated. The voltage may be one or two volts low . . . nothing to worry about.
The one time I plugged into a 30 amp outlet, my Xantrex Prosine 2.0 started sounding alarms and told me the hot and neutral was reversed. Tried the 20 amp and 50 amp outlets in the same pedestal and they were fine. I told the folks in the office and they said it was fine . . . it was something wrong with my Xantrex. A couple of hours later I remembered I had my little three light tester tester with me. Sure enough, it indicated reverse polarity on the 30 amp. So I took the little device with me to the office and told them it was indicating the same thing. Their response was they had no idea what that thing was.
The people in the office know how to answer phones, put camper information into a computer, work the cash register, and hand out maps of the campground. That is it. Don't expect anything more.

Voltage regulators will tell you what the voltage is in your RV but unless you are watching it on a 24/7 basis it does nothing for you...even if you saw the voltage spiking or low there is no way you will be able to unplug your RV fast enough...I personally have better things to do when RVing then watch a voltage regulator

Get yourself a multi-function surge protector (which protects your RV on a 24/7 basis and costs ~ $250 for a 30A and ~ $350 for a 50A) and start enjoying yourself when RVing...others may use "similar' products like an EMS (emergency management system) or an autoforformer

WOULD RETIRE NOW IF I COULD FIGURE OUT HOW TO PAY FOR HEALTH CARE...

Low voltage can/will cause some damage to the equipment. When it does send them the bill and they will learn right away.
