Okay, we all probably get Workamper News, but I'm getting sick of them with them trying to make you upgrade the service all the time.
Are there other sites / services that you check for workamping job postings?

A few of the many that we've found:
For paid work: Coolworks.com, Aramarkparksjobs.com
Both paid and site-only "volunteer" work: workampingjobs.com.
Volunteer jobs: Volunteer.gov/gov - Also many, many state park websites (georgia's is very easy to navigate)
One of the companies that are "concessionaires" for the NPS and NFS is Recreation Resource Management: www.work-camping.com. There are several others
We're also tired of Workamper News, and don't plan to renew our subscription when it expires next year.
Bluegypsy (that's the RV's name)
Map shows where we've lived and worked, travelling through doesn't count....

I've looked under Job Postings at this website.
Also go to State park websites and search for Camphosts...Also try the volunteer.gov website

If you prefer the federal lands, go directly to the concessionaire. We have a list on this page of our website, under Workamping Jobs: http://www.pamperingcampers.com/Catchall_Drawer.html

I have noticed this also. The volume of electronic advertising has made me wonder about their economic health? I suspect that the economy has hit them like it has most of the RV industry. Probably fewer paid advertisements and subscriptions.
There has also been a bit uptick in seminars and such that they want folks to pay to be a part of. The most hokey one being RV income tax since the RVing CPA's mostly seem to agree that there isn't a significant difference in the rules that apply. I would love to sit in on that one but no way would I pay for it. My former accountant wife would not laugh at me!

I haven't been to the tax seminar but I did choose to hire Workamper's endorsed tax man for our business. As a former fulltimer, he really does know the ins and outs of personal income taxes for folks who live this lifestyle, but he's especially beneficial for anyone running a small business on the road like I do. Sorry to get off topic!

www.escapees.com every once in a while, odd Kirk does not mention that since he is the self described "the coordinator for the Work-camper special interest group of Escapees" sent to me in PM because I refuse to post job opening in Escapees forum, instead he tries to derail this topic.
coolworks.com is the only place we post ads for hiring. Mostly because now adays because sites like workcamper have too many destractions and charge a fee to get info on finding working.
This forum is a great place to find positions as well.

We had a paid Workamper membership for a few years but never got a job through them. No slam on them, it's just that we choose our location first then look for a workamper job. We also just volunteer for our space so not looking for any pay. I used them as a resource, used a sample resume they had on the website and after a few years, did not renew. I always found my own jobs by getting out the Trailer Life/Woodalls campground guide and calling or contacting cg's through a website. We like state parks, so those usually have their own website to download an application or who to contact. We've easily found positions for the last 6 years.
