Actually, I have never noticed it, after looking at trucks in shopping centers and on the road. My Suzuki Samurai is about an inch higher at the wheel well on the drivers side.

I just bought a camper and I noticed that the truck leans to the right side. There is about a 2 1/2" difference. Should I be concerned? I have airbags. It drives alright but?? Neither side is touching the overloads.

Its just my opinion but I would be concerned about a 2 1/2 inch difference. Take camper off and measure from fender wheel wells to ground. Put camper back on and measure again. Try to adjust with air bags. You should be able to level it within reason. If not, I believe you have a problem.

Mine sags 2 1/2 inches with camper loaded and full of fuel on my 45 gal Transferflow tank which is on the driver side. Yes I got rid of my 26 gal OE tanks. I then put airbags and pump the low side(driver side) to 90psi and 50 on the passenger side to level out.

My Wolf Creek 850 does the exact same thing. Air bags completely correct the problem. That's what they do.

This would actually be sort of close to level while driving down the road if you factor in the crown of the road surface. My camper is higher by about an inch on the passenger side for this reason. Use the air bags.

I go 20-25lbs higher on my passenger airbag than driver, as I sag on that side and also to level off the crown on the road.

Rex at Northstar told me I should adjust the airbags so the right side of the camper was a couple of inches higher than the left side. This would compensate for the crown of the road and would keep the camper upright and it should handle better.

I like it level at bed time... I have never put my jacks down when parked.

I'd never worry about compensating for the crown of a road... all roads are different... I also don't worry about leveling for banked roads,

I'd never go to an all you can eat buffet to add weight to the drivers side....

I'd never use air bags to compensate for the wind... I'd forget when I reversed direction

I don't like making excuses either...

THINK about it folks... find a level spot... take your measurements by eye or ruler... make adjustments... forget it.

My Six-Pac camper caused the truck to lean a little to driver's side. All the appliances were on the driver's side, plus the main gas tank for the truck is on the same side too. My utility body causes the truck to lean a little to the driver's side too, because I mounted the heavy welding machine over to the driver's side of the body. The slight lean of the truck doesn't affect the handling and isn't all that noticeable to the eye, unless you know about it and are looking for it.
