We open and use the jack-knife sofa for our 85lb Choc lab to sleep on with a sheet over it. Too uncomfortable to be used for anything else!

Outdoor shower gets used after we get all dirty/sandy on day trips and washing hands after dumping tanks. Awnings we use ALL the time. TV antenna-on occassion.
Oven -cooks terrible.Used it once. I would rather have a micro/convection oven and a two or three burner smooth cooktop.

Love my oven... I will get some pre-made cookie dough and then at night bake me a little snacky, mmm mmm mmm, plus makes the trailer smell really good just before I go to bed.
As far as what I don't use.
TV antenna (have no TV).
Microwave (once in 6 years).
Stereo/CD changer only gets used when I am cleaning up unit in driveway after long trip.
Outdoor shower - If you have dogs, you will use it! If you are a sportsman, you will use it! I use it.
Coax Cable input/output - No TV! NO NO NO
Convertable bunk over is storage area, never has been slept on, but opened for easy access to store larger stuff's.

Thats about it

In our first year with the toy hauler...

We have not used:

the spare tire (thanks)

the 2 lights mounted on the back top of the trailer (to load at night)

our pull down screen at the back of the toy hauler (which was a must have for us)

the pocket door between our bedroom (cargo area) and the bath since there is only the 2 of us.

we rarely use the large awning because I am afraid to leave it up when we are gone due to weather changes and wind.

OP here, this is fun and thanks for all of your replies. I thought of another one...the curtain that stretches from the head of our bed across the trailer to enclose the vanity/sink and the bed/bathroom area. It's just the two of us and we have never used it. Definitely time to take it down and store it at home somewhere. The AC doesn't get much use as we usually camp where it won't be needed however, we're very glad to have it (all 13,500 BTU's), with a pair of Honda 2000's in parallel to run it as needed.

The other side of this discussion for me are the things I use that others don't. Not necessarily in order they are: Oven, microwave, outside shower, jack knife sofa, awning and the stereo especially with the out door speakers engaged. Seems like the furnace gets 20 to 30 minutes everyday this time of year but that is enough to warm up the trailer without a lot of battery eating fan time. Have used the spare tire, patch kit and compressor 3 times (and was very glad to have them all every time).

We have used every feature of ours.

I wish others wouldn't use their outdoor entertainment centers or at least keep the volume down to a level that it doesn't disturb us inside our rig.

We've only had our MH out 5 times since we got it in October, so it's not gotten a lot of usage yet. So far, we haven't used the oven (I lit it at the dealer to make sure it worked, but that's it). We turned the TV on once just to see what channels we could get, but normally we sit outside drinking cold beverages (or coffee if it is before 10 AM) and don't watch TV when we are out.

We sleep in the cabover bunk, so the fold out sofa hasn't been used yet, but this April when we have the kids with us it will finally see some use. We sit at the dinette and I have slept on it before, it also will get more use when the kids are with us.

I mainly use the outdoor shower for washing hands after dumping, because it's located in the sewage compartment and I keep a bottle of soap there. But it does come in handy for dogs. I will probably take more outdoor showers when the weather is warmer to cut down on gray water.
