Yes, I've enjoyed Meat Cove and spots all over Cape Breton, not just Lousibourg Fortress and both walking and driving in Cape Breton Highlands National Park. Actually, I liked the national park least of all places in Cape Breton. Campgrounds then were excessively crowded.

& I, I took the road less travelled by.

We stayed at the badeck Cabot trail campground last summer the people were great clean some of the sites seemed kinda small but it was a great spot to drive the trail from would have done it twice but shortly after we left for the second time daughter wasn't feeling well had had to turn back. Plan on going back in a coulee years the alexandr bell museum was very good. One pice of advise if you take pictures take a lot of film of memory cards

We were just in those parts in September. Some stuff was closing down by then. But what was open was pretty uncrowded.
We liked the North Sydney KOA, too.

So September is a good month to go then? We like less crowding and we don't mind cold temps.

Jeet yet? Keep on rollin'!

In most years the fall in Atlantic Canada is long and mild compared to the rest of the continent.
