Anyone know how the dash blower motor comes out in a Bounder on a Workhorse W-22 2004 chassis. Ours smoked big time going down the highway and need to know if it comes out from the front or under the dash. I know on my old chevy P-30 wasn't to bad since it came out the front under the hood.

I think it is accessible from the front. I owned an 04 Bounder a few years back and I seem to remember that the rv tech who gave us our walk-thru pointed to the dash blower located inside the gen compartment.

Yeah my parents is in the gen compartment.

4 whopping cylinders on Toyota RV's. Talk about great getting good MPG. Also I have a very light foot on the pedal. I followed some MPG advice on Livingpress.com and I now get 22 MPG! Not bad for a home on wheels.

The blower/heater housing is accessable by removing the right hand kick panel under the dash in front of the passenger seat. The screws are embedded in the carpet covering and can be hard to locate. Just fish around with a phillips screwdriver to find the heads. Should be about 8 or so screws. (2 or 3 on a side) Not a big job at all. Good Luck...

Thanks Bob I was looking at that panel and makes sense since under the hood the A/C lines run in that small access.
