You can have them, looked at all of them while at the super show in Tampa. Lots of wasted space. As we all know the drivers cab is useless space once parked as you can't turn the front seats. I also dont like the "bar design" at all for a place to eat my meal and finally for a 45 foot coach they offer very small showers.

Grandma paid for the coach.
That's a good point.

My thoughts also. Mirrors and light ropes on the ceiling have that effect on me. Also it seems sterile and has no character. All the very top end coaches seem this way. Kind of like comparing a modest suburban three bedroom home to a European inspired penthouse apartment. Once past $300K I'm not even interested in looking.

So far, it appears that I'm a bigger dreamer than all of you put together.
My dreams start at about $200 MILLION(net). Then, I wake up.
I got up early this morning,....to do something I can afford,.......go fishing.

I would love to have the unit. I know my wife and I would enjoy it to the fullest. But then one must stay within their means.

My dream is to retire in the next 16-18 years, and buy a 3-5 yr old Newell with Quad slides and bath and half. I'm just worried that by 2030, the government will either take all my money, or outlaw 45ft coaches....

A couple of months ago when the powerball was up there past 200 mil, I got to dreaming about what kind of MH I'd buy with that kind of money at my disposal. Welp, I looked around on all the top line websites and you know what happened? I din't find a single one that I liked better than the one I have now. Nope, wouldn't trade my 96 Newmar in on a single one of them. As for the one in the OP's post, not for me, YUK!

So, I guess you could say I'm already living my dream. Life sure is grand.

I would get one in a heartbeat if it was in the budget(both money AND time). We just aren't at an age that we could justify something that nice sitting and not being used like it should be. When the time is right, you can bet we will see if we can make it happen. Buying 5-6 years old and the price on these Prevost's drop by 65% or more. I would be happy to take one off of someone's hands so they can go get the latest and greatest. :-)

Last Oct in Trailer Village at the Grand Canyon one of these pulled into the site right next to us. Spent five days there. The people were very nice and the rig was the highlight of the campground as people kept coming by just to look at it. I think when she talked about her husband's fight with cancer, I lost all the envy that was lurking there.

I have an idea of what my ideal RV would be. This RV would pay for my Rig and allow me many years of use! I want three long bunks, a vault, a full length Queen bed, a Table that seats 6 ADULTS, not the miniature people that so much is designed around. I want to be able to tow a trailer for my Jeep and other toys. My rig would comfortable for 6 for a couple weeks, not just for dinner.
