We had quite a different route to start with and then realized we'd be hitting some pretty wintery conditions due to elevation, which we hadn't taken into consideration. We have no time limit but figure about 3 months. Later in the year we have a trip mapped out for the upper loop Western Canada, down thru Oregon and that's when we'll spend more time in area's like Utah.Hopefully in much warmer weather. It just seems like we've been waiting forever.
We've been running back and forth thru the snow trying to get everything in. I'm sure we'll find we've forgotten lots. We're so cold we can't even tell if the fridge is working LOL.
Campguy..........we're so excited to be finally on our way. I'm sure you'll be hearing from me. Thanks so much!

Wow, I'm envious. What a great trip. Looks like you'll be passing right by our house on the return trip. If you need a driveway for the night let me know. Stay out of harm's way.

Hi Ann & Keith, yes the bridge is out on I 264 over the Ohio River, where the first exit is Horseshoe Casino. Just stay south on I 65 and exit 216 (i think,) there is Grandma's campground on right side of interstate. Can be seen from the Highway. Saves going to Indiana, never seen RV's at Horseshoe Casino. Have a safe trip. Enjoy.

Well we are certainly hoping to find some sunshine somewhere
Lonny & Diane, we are looking for Pay as you go, or anything without a contract. Verizon does have some options. Thank you for the info.
Mike. Thanks for the offer. We'll certainly keep that in mind on the way back. Everyone has been so kind and helpful. We sure hope to cross paths with a few people from this forum.
John. Thanks for the info as well. With the bridge being out it was easier just to bypass the casino. We're hoping we can make it into Louisville for the first stop now.
Now I'm going to bed so we can get off to an early start. It has finally quit snowing
Thank you all!
