There are two public campgrounds located nearby.
The TVA has a campground located below Pickwick Dam on the TN river. The campsites are located in a nice pine forest and have electric and water. Our BMW motorcycle club has their rally there each year in early October.
On the other side of the river is a state campground called Pickwick (Lake?). I have never camped there but it looks nice. Not sure what hookups they have.
If you like catfish, try the Catfish Hotel Restaurant located near the park. Locals tell me it has some of the best catfish in TN.

COE campground at Pickwick is good, be sure to check by phone first,, as it is below the dam. The State park CG is not one of Tennesssee's prides. We have stayed at both. The SP is nicely wooded, Power and water when we were last there, may have improved. Tennessee is not spending any money to keepup or maintain the parks, unless they have a golf course.
