Got mine today, and so far I give it 5 Stars. The key board feels like a regular key board, and is by far the best one I have used. The Bluetooth connection for the keyboard works perfect, and has IPad 2 shortcuts at the top.
There were some problems with an earlier version not staying locked, but that has been addressed in the newer version.
I added the Docs To Go, app and now I need to sell my Netbook, because this setup blows it out of the water.
I got the orange, with the silver keypad.

Long time iPad owner here. IMHO the iPad will never replace my laptop. It has a fundamental flaw. No access to the file system. This causes issues when exchanging files and data for me. I love the iPad but still carry a laptop also.

One nice feature of the Zagg Folio bluetooth feature, you can use it with your IPhone as well as the iPad?

Mac Book, iPad, iPhone, all sync'd what more could you want or need.

That Zagg Folio looks very well designed. Right now I don't use my iPad for a lot of input since I still use a MacBook Pro. sch911's comments about file management is probably the main impediment not to abandon Mac OS. That could change in the future if iOS and Mac OS continue to merge more. If so, the iPad's obvious advantage would be the modularization and use it many ways compared to say a MacBook Air that would probably come in lighter and more compact than the Zagg Folio/iPad combo. I wouldn't discount the input advantage of using an iPad with both portrait and landscape modes for writers.
