If you can determine from the factory, exactly where the valve is located, you can cut a panel out of the belly. About 24" square should do. Then, frame your removed piece, and put a mating frame inside the belly to which you can screw in your removable panel. You may choose to use a 24" square of plywood as your panel. Next time you have an issue with the valve, it will be easy to access.
I have two, one for greay and one for black. BTW, generally MUCH easier than removing the belly pan.
I made three cuts on the belly pan and peeled it down, then used Gorilla tape to secure it back. Thank you Keystone for making repair or maintenance so difficult.

I've never seen that, but then have only had, now, two fifth-wheels in 18 years. Can't believe that the engineers would do something like that, kind of like the old Chevy Malibu where you had to move the engine to get to the rearmost spark plug. Seems to very much lack any concern for the customer.
