14 days. From Fire on a Friday, Claims adjuster the Wednesday after, boat hauled to Salvage Thursday, Fire Reports received from rural county...

Could have been sooner if I was willing to return to FL.....and if I was in a hurry. Kept informed all through the process, by adjuster and online

The best part of this story is progressive did what you paid them to do. We talk all the time about about price of insurance, but when a loss occurs this is what we really care about! Things are taken care of in a timely manner. If you got a good deal on the premium up front great if it was just ok maybe this is why!

Many horror stories out there about years of low buck insurance and then when it is needed they can't be found.

What`s funny is the guy I work with has his cars insured with Progressive. the house he was renting started on fire the day he closed on his new house. his truck was parked in the drive way and suffered some heat damage....melted bumper, burned paint etc. well progressive said "we don`t cover that type of loss" he has full coverage and the truck was outside the house, not in the garage! he was and still is MAD! still arguing with them! they are still denying the claim!
