Has anyone found a small computer printer for use in your RV? We have a MacBook and we would like to find a smaller, lightweight printer for basic printing.

Thanks!

We use a HP 1210 All In One that we have had for years.
We upgraded to a wireless printer in the house and carry the small one in the RV.
Works great and does not take up too much room

Check out Walmart, Staples, Office Max and the like - they have low end black&white printers that are great for on the road. Like you, we have a MacPro, but on the road we bring along a cheapie printer and it fills our needs. Safe travels.

We had a HP 460 that was small and also could be used with a battery. I had it when we traveled for work but it has worn out and been replaced with a Kodak 2150. I do't know if they still make the 460 but it was great and could fit inside one of our dining room chairs in the fiver.

I used to carry a very small Canon printer in the RV but have decided that a slightly larger HP 4-in-1 is SO worth the extra space to carry it. Being able to make a copy of a document while on the road has often been invaluable.

What I found was the 'real compact' printers that can print only, cost 3 times more than a plain medium size printer that can scan, print and copy. For me just couldn't justify paying that much more for a printer for the MH.

The smallest one I found that scans, prints and copies is the Epson Stylus. Simple flat rectangular printer. Simple and works great! Office Depot runs really good sales on printers all the time.

I finally broke off my addiction to HP printers. There is just too many problems with them communicating with laptops that are 'not' an HP.

Last June I bought an Epson Stylus N-11 printer at Sam’s for $19.98 plus tax. It included a low volume set of ink cartridges that would have cost about half of the purchase prince and don’t last very long. At home I use it only when I need to print pictures or desire colored documents but it is small enough to take with me in the MH.

It is slow to start and not very fast at printing but it does a fine job on pictures (dye not water based ink), not bad on plain paper and with Staples awards (purchase & cartridge return) the higher capacity ink is not too expensive. It is relatively easy to replace the cartridges.

The cheapest Google prince I could find today was $44.95 (with free shipping).

We are on our second HP Officejet H470 Mobile Printer.
They don't come any smaller and are both wireless and Wi-Fi
