We have bought 2 TTs from them in the past, Didnt have any problems so I cant speak of their service. But as my sig shows we have moved to A 5er and they didnt carry the brand we were looking for.
Just out of curiosity what are you trying to deal with them on? I may be able to make some suggestions

We bought our trailer from them - it was a pre-owned unit. We had met them at the Atlantic City RV show, and drove up there a couple of weeks later to see some models that they did not have at the show. This was our first purchase and we were probably a pain in the a** since we really had no idea what we were doing or what we wanted. We happened to be dealing with the new owner of the dealership - I believe he was a former manager that had recently purchased the dealership. He was very patient with us, helped us figure out what might work best for us, and we ended up making a deal for the used unit. The whole transaction went smoothly, including showing us how everything worked, setting up the hitch, etc. All promises were kept, and things happened on time. Can't really speak for service as I do most work myself, and they are 50 miles away.

We bought our first pop-up from HitchRV (used to be Hitcharama then). We had looked at a handful of popups and were leaving when they brought a just traded in unit back with the other pop-ups. The salesman helped us pop it up so we could see it. We ended up buying it.

The experience went very well. When we went back a year later to look at hybrids, we sought the same salesman out. He remembered us and gladly showed us a few models. We didn't buy our hybrid from them since they didn't carry Forest River hybrids, but we definitely would have if they did.
