.....and what else do you add in addition to mayo?
Occasionally, I have added chopped up h/boiled egg and/or garlic powder or once (under the influence of Devil Rum), sardines.
Any suggestions ?

When i was a kid, a neighbor lady would fix creamcheese and olive sandwichs. i like them at the time.

Just had a good chuckle over this one. Man, that takes me back at least 50 odd years. Used to love them, chopped olives, cheddar cheese, and mayo. Buddy in school shared one with me once, and that was all it took. Thanks for the memories.

I like the olive salad mix used in Muffaletta sandwiches. I don't need all the meats and bread, though, just give me a bowl of the olive mix. Yum.

Ditto on this ...my mom made them for "finger" sandwiches using green sliced olives...Haven't had them in years, but sounds good to me.
