After a week of drought moderating rain in central Texas, the bedroom ceiling fabric is discolored, detached and drooping from a leaky rear air conditioner gasket.

I would like to replace the glued on nubby carpet like material.

I understand that this material is available in 4'x8' pieces, but I have no idea where to order it from. Any ideas?

One possibility would be to use 2'x2' carpet tiles in a lite color as they would be easy to glue to the substrate. Think this would work?

Any other ideas? Thanks!

as an aside make sure things are super dried out before you reapply. Glue does not stick to water very well.

dry it out, fix the leak, glue it back up and get some cans of vinyl spray dye/paint at an auto supply store.
