My water lines are slow running to due working in areas that had water with salt, or other chemicals like lime in it. Or just plain old hard water.
Is there any way to clean the lines or do I have to replace all water lines? I've tried CLR for shower head and water taps but no help.

Straight white vinegar......

If you remove faucet aerators does water still flow slowly.....hard to imagine scaling on inside of PEX lines.

City water connection 'screen' could be plugged
Water pump 'inlet strainer' could be plugged
Aerators could be plugged
Water heater check valve could be plugged

Any/all of those will slow the flow.

You also should invest in a portable water softener if you are going to be in hard water areas.

Just curious. Did you have a filter at the city water outlet and, if so, was it slow from clogging, if you checked?

personally I don't think you have hardening of the lines. I think the restriction is elsewhere like in the faucet strainers or restrictors.

I agree, it's really unlikely that your plastic lines have any buildup. That almost always is only on galvanized lines, not copper or plastic. Check for restrictions in the fixtures or maybe your pump filter.

There could also be mineral deposits in the valves.

We occasionally need to soak plumbing fixtures in white vinegar. If you have the antifreeze fill line in your RV you could pump it full of white vinegar just like you do to winterize. Allow the vinegar to sit for a day or two, remove all aerators and flush the system.

*Note I am NOT recommending that you winterize with vinegar.
