Yes. All I want is to stay in my own RV.

The last time that I had a bed like that I had to get up three times during the night and rest. I wouldn't have bought the 5th wheel if I had wanted to stay in a motel.

I will stay in hotels or condos if I have to but its a lot of hassle to pack everything I think I need, haul it in and unpack, pack up to leave then unpack again when we get home. My buddy Ripley (Cocker Spaniel) goes most of the places I go and finding a hotel that will take him is a pain. Even when I go to visit my mother on the farm I take the TT because its less hassle than staying in the farm house. I also do most of the cooking at the farm so I like using my stuff in my kitchen.

Yep:

Been to plenty of other countries - the U.S. Southwest and West Coast states beat em' all, hands down.

Been on one cruise to Alaska and caught the worst bout of flu I've ever had. Never again. We'll take the RV there from now on.

Cities - you have to be kidding - we have very little use for them except for the museums, which are difficult to get to and/or find parking for when in our RV. (We did finally reach the outstanding Underground Railroad Museum in Cincinnati in our RV after 45 minutes of circling and then spending $25 to park for four hours.)

I love my MH for all those reasons too. And yes, it is kinda gross to think of all the people who have slept in the beds of hotels but I'll risk it for a few days at Bellagio in Vegas being pampered. LOL

Sometimes I park adjacent to a nice Casino/Hotel. And, it's so great to be in our MH, 'cause I very much prefer to sleep in our own cozy bedroom, the one with a clean/fresh comfy king-size bed:

I love the rv because it is a state of mind. It makes me happy just to look at it in the driveway. It reminds me of the escape module in Apollo 13--only we are "escaping" our regular routine. We love our camping weekends that include hiking, biking, reading, and just having fun again.

Still having fun!

I like the people at campground 100% more than at ANY HOTEL! I have been all over and this holds true 99% of the time. The campers are real good folks!

Agree with all of the above.
We are full timers for almost 4 years and have been RVing for about 10 years. Have not slept in a hotel for 10 years and love our 5th wheel.

and this reason too.
