Can anyone provide feedback on KZ, specifically the Inferno?
Good, bad, warranty, service, quality, etc..
I have a family member looking at the new 3710T model.
We don't see many inferno's on the east coast.
Any input is appreciated.

We have been living in our 09 KZ Inferno 4012 SL toyhauler for the last four years now. We have had very minor problems with ours. The quality is good and well built. On our third winter our furnace went out, it was the sail switch. It's easy to keep warm and keeps the heat well here in Utah, where it can get very cold. We have been very happy with ours and would recommend KZ.

If we had one remotely nearby, we would have strongly considered the Inferno when we bought our Cyclone. Unfortunately, the Infernos are rare out here. I did see one at the Raleigh RV show about three years ago that's what sparked my interest.

But after that, they were nowhere to be found.

KZ is a Family owned RV builder...not a huge corporation, treat the customers with respect, have been in business for 38 years, the 2 year warranty shows that they are confident in the quality of their products.

And they consistantly win the Dealer Satisfaction Index Award (DSI) which shows hundreds of their dealers are happy with the quality of the units, the value to the customer, would recommend KZ to other dealers, and also happy with the warranty support from KZ.

This all means a good company and quality RV's!

We have a 05 Sportsman Sportster 37KX2L. We have had it for a little over a year now. The build quality is very good. We haven't had any problems other than a bad slideout motor.

We love our Durango. You will not find a better manufacturer for customer support. I see you are in Lancaster Pa. I would suggest checking out CNeer Rv just north of Honesdale Pa. We bought our Durango there and HIGHLY recommend them. Its a 2 1/2 hour drive for me and will buy my next one from them. They are considered one of KZ's best dealers per the folks at the factory. Their website is newcampers.com....give Chuck or Audrey a shot you'll be glad you did

WE have had a 3310 for 2 years now and have had some minor issues. Had to have the back door replaced because it was bowing in the middle and air bed replaced due to sharp edges underneath the bed(warrenty of course). On my last trip for the year I blew a tire out and it took out the side around the tire. Dealer claims they cant get parts from kz to repair so dont know whats going to happen now. On a side note im hard on everything so i think its holding up well

Have a 2010 SST 2910T bought new in Sep. 2010. Very satisfied with it, build quality is good, had some issues with plumbing leaks and now the slide room leaks when traveling in the rain. Took it to the factory for service work last winter to fix the plumbing issues since the local dealer could not get it done, currently the trailer is at the factory again for more warranty work.
