We also used a Discount Tire because they could handle the size of the RV and they are in our neighborhood. They told me they do not install metal stems or balance though. We bought the insurance because it was very reasonable and I have found that the tire insurance is much cheaper than an overall roadside policy--yet tires are the roadside problem I read about the most.

Do not install metal stems or balance? Something is wrong there. I spoke to DT yesterday and they said they would install my metal stems which are arriving today. Also installation and lifetime spin balancing runs about $16 per tire.
Unfortunately I have to travel about 45 miles one way but there are 3 DT stores in your town. I'd try another.

At $16.00 per tire, does it also include rotation every so many miles?

My apologies--I was confused. It was alignment that the shop did not do, the tires were rotated and balanced and it I don't remember if I paid separately for it but we can go back for free rotation for the life of the tires. I got the Michelin M&S and they are guaranteed not to crack in 6 years according to the shop. I didn't order the metal stems ahead of time and they didn't have them in stock. They just replaced the extensions that we had on the tires and we really have not had a problem with them so maybe they would have installed the metal if we had them. So sorry to mislead--thanks for catching my mistake!

For RV inspection/service I highly recommend RV Master Techs in Goodyear.
