No, not that kind of drip. I went out to the garage the other day, and it looks like I had a couple drops of anti-freeze on the garage floor! I crawled under the truck and it looks like it came from the front of the engine block of my 6.4 diesel Anyway, I'll have to get over to Ford garage and find out what the deal is??? It's still under warrenty, but I just don't like the idea of this happening.

No problem, its a common trait with the 6.4
Our son is on his 3rd radiator and if I'm not mistaken all on Ford's dime.

Howdy Sir, this is the response I received from Engineer9860 when we had to have the 2nd radiator of our 09 replaced and he was dead on.
Quote from Engineer9860 "don't remember the TSB anymore, but if you search my posts from about 18 months ago I had posted a Ford TSB that explained a service procedure for testing 6.4L PSD trucks that continually need radiator replacement.
If your truck has had the bypass T fitting, and it still continues to pop radiators, then the next focus is to test the thermostats. IIRC, Ford will replace your radiator and stats for free if the cause is determined to be faulty stats.
My company truck is on radiator #4, and this last radiator has seen the most miles, so possibly the stats fixed ours. And BTW, ours had many more miles on it than yours does, so I doubt your mileage will affect your claim."
I would bring up these issues with Ford when you take it in if the service tech doesn't mention it or you might be going in for a second radiator as well. Our issue was with the stats that Engineer mentioned so hopefully it will keep the radiator issues in check.

Very well could just the radiator hose. However, let them test the entire system as it could be the start of a problem. Lots of hoses are being changed around here due to bad o-rings. Good luck.

Thanks for all the info. Hey DREEDER, when you talk about stats, I'm assuming you're talking about the thermostat? A few months back, the Ford garage did have to replace the thermostat on my truck, so I'm hoping it is just a hose. We'll see. Thanks again.

You say that the it looks like the drip is coming from the front of the engine? Have you regularly tested the antifreeze for Nitrite levels? If the additive package in the Motorcraft coolant wears out, it leaves the cooling system suspectible to cavitation of the front engine cover(water pump housing). Have you been keeping an eye on the engine oil level. Seen any rise? Drop in Coolant recovery tank levels? Odd coloring to the engine oil? Milkish grey? Hopefully it is just a leaking seal on the radiator hose. I think Ford is now installing radiator hoses with double o-rings to solve some leakage issue.
