The sliding door window leaks like crazy! Does anyone know how to fix this thing?

Go to the RV parts store and buy yourself a roll of putty tape and a tube of Sealant (not silicone).
Take the window out, clean the surface of the window and the area where the window fits well. Apply a bead of the putty tape. Might take two layers to get a good seal, and reinstall the window. Follow up this after you remove the oozing putty with a bead of caulk around the top and two sides of the window. Done.

Does it appear to be an RV-maker installed window, or MB OEM? If it's MB, you might ask on some Sprinter-specific forums, since it wouldn't be unique to such a small number of vehicles as the G24.

I have one, but none of may windows have ever leaked. Can you determine where the leak is coming from? Is it coming around the window?

Our '03 BT Cruiser had a persistent leak in the rear slider. We called Gulfstream a few days after our warranty expired - no help at all! Our local RV repair shop determined that it was an original installation problem. Still no help from Gulfstream, except to suggest we seek relief via our insurance. We ultimately replaced the window. No subsequent problem.
Good luck!

Dunno if this'll help or not..._If_ it's sliding window in the door (can't be sure from the wording), this may help... My Tiger had leak in the right overcab bunk window a few years ago.
I finally found it.
The lower channel that the sliding pane moves in was supposed to have a small space at each end. This was to let water drain down to the weep holes in the outer frame. The plastic channel had slid forward, closing this gap. Th einner channel would fill with rainwater, and overflow in the bunk.
All it took was wedging a small straight-blade screwdriver in between the front of the channel and the frame and twisting it to move the channel back about 1/8" and let the water drain down like the designer intended.
