I just replaced the toilet in my FW with a Bravura. There is a 90 degree female which is about 12" from the male connection on the toilet. I went to the hardware store and couldn't figure out what I would need to get this to reach.
How do I do this?

Probably a small section of 1/2" PEX pipe and a male to female fitting, a female to male fitting and I would put a shut off valve in so that water to toilet can be secured without having to turn off water to whole rig.
Take the fitting off of toilet with you (and the 90* female if you can remove it) Talk to one of the folks in plumbing section.......they can help you.
I like one of the 'big box' places due to variety of fittings (plastic/brass)

Here is some information you might find useful.
Get a 16 or 20-inch faucet flex hose from the plumbing section at Home Depot or Lowes, etc. It needs to have 1/2 inch pipe threads on each end. Read the label carefully. Pick up a brass or plastic nipple that is about 2 inches long. Use it on one end of the flex hose and connect it to the female fitting. The other end of the flex hose will screw on to the toilet. Be careful not the cross thread the hose ends. You do not need to use any teflon tape. Do not over tighten.

Spot on- though you could use a shutoff valve with 1/2" male threads on both sides in place of the nipple, which would give a.... shutoff
