I have heard that the rangers are hasseling folks on the BLM. Is this true? and why. Do they want us to take our money else where.

We're headed there for a few nights this coming week-end so curious to hear what the hassling is about....

From pass experience, the rangers like to enforce the 14 day limit early in the season while the crowds are small. By January there are so many RV'ers it's hard to keep up with all of them.

I've been here since the latter part of October. Haven't even seen a ranger. But then, I haven't been looking for them either.

We're confused about enforcement at Quartzsite. We pull in and before our jacks are down, ranger or camp host is there to register us. Other folks sit there for weeks, if not months.

A Canadian friend of ours sat for over two months in a 14 day area. We pulled in and here comes the camp host. LOL! I said "What about HIM?". Our friend was ticked at me but got over it.

One winter we came and went many times. Three large RVs sat within view of the host all winter. They'd leave to dump and come back.
