Isn't it amazing how a stray animal can find the right loving home. I'm not a cat lover, but he is absolutely one hansome boy. Thank you for adopting him.

I think he's getting the ol' snip-snip that every young tom needs to be a house cat.

The Vet said that he is a Siamese Lynx Point. Whatever that is. Three days ago, Sterling brought home a girl-friend for dinner. We have been feeding her every since but haven't been able to get close enough to even pet her yet. Hopefully, we will be able to get her fixed as well.

It sure is. Or a tabby Siamese as it's also called. The blue eyes were a giveaway that it was in the Siamese family and they call it a Lynx or tabby due to the stripes. Who could resist those eyes? I would have called him Frank after Frank Sinatra (ole blue eyes himself!) but I love Sterling.

Precious is a nice name.

In saying that, I'm pointing to my thorough dislike of meaningless people names. Precious means something to you. It is the personality of this cat.

Let's see now, there was a little puppy I had accepted and she had been naughty. "Well, at least you're not a puppet, I said.".........

...... Hello Muppet". It fit that little girl as well as Precious suits your precious one.

& I, I took the road less travelled by.

Sigh... people do suck, but at least he found you. A lynx point or lynx tip is a variation on a siamese, with a cream to beige body and tabby markings on the face, legs/paws and tail. There are also lilac point and blue points. And there's a more or less tortoise shell point. Google around and you'll find pics to compare your guy to. It's a little hard to see the colors of his points in a picture, color is always a little less exact in photos.

I have a lynx tip, he's quite the talker and that's a siamese trait. Real characters, siamese are.

I think Precious works, if you don't have something you like better.

Anyway, he's gorgeous.

Here's a link to some info on the lynx points:
