We are on our way there right now. It's our first time so am not sure exactly where we are going or where we will be, but we are going!

Welcome to Arizona! We live, year round, about 25 miles north of Tucson. Be aware that the desert can get downright cold occasionally. Overnight temps in the 20's are common and last year we had a few single digit nights. Winterize accordingly and keep an eye on the local forecast. Most of the time it is gorgeous but once and a while you can wake up to this ....

We arrived in Yuma the 22 Oct here in Yuma for 5 months. This will be our 13th
Winter here. Love it except for the wind. Started last night just after 10 PM,
blew all night and today. 45 MPH and our House backs up to 80 acres of open desert

I keep hearing about the wind in Yuma, but last yr, we were there feb, mar, apr, didn't have much wind. I guess just lucky? We are surrounded by green crops, loved it.
