My 2005 Gulfstream Independence (Ford Chasis) has started rocking side to side when I hit the slightest bump in the road. I replaced the front shocks last year. Is this problem caused by bad rear shocks, bad leaf springs, or something else? Any help/advice would be appreciated.

Here is what many of us Ford owners have found to help the side to side roll. And the cost is zero. But do make sure you do not have any broken springs and that the shocks are good.

Sway bar. There was a Motorhome article a few months back on a aftermarket kit.
Anyone remember? or have a link to the article?

I checked the leaf springs and they don't appear broken. However, they appear to be flat or possibly curved slightly downward.

If your leaf springs are overloaded, they will bend past the point of parallel with the coach frame. The usual fix is after-market air-bags because they are adjustable and inexpensive (possibly DIY labor+ a few hundred for a set of four from Air-Lift or Firestone) or helper leaves for the springs. I don't know how much leaves would run, but they will require heavy tools and a lot of labor by expensive techs.
Your coach may already have air-bags, but insufficient pressure?

How do the rear sway bar bushings look...mine, although an older coach, were disintegrated and replacing with Poly worked miracles!

As others said, check your rear swaybar bushings. Changing those to the $50 or so poly bushings available on ebay resulted in a dramatic improvement.
