We just pulled in to a camp at Glacier NP. The jacks will not extend. Solid green lights are lit on three positions on the keypad; the forth green light is blinking. I'm stuck.

No expert but when I was trying to figure out my Atwoods I went to their web-site and read my manual. You may need a hard reset or a forced retract to get things back to where they should be. Maybe one of the jacks was not fully retracted when you turned off the control and started to drive. My unit seemed flakey the first few times I used it - lifting wheels off ground and having trouble leveling, I read the manual and did what they suggested (can't remember what) and since then they have worked very well.

The jacks NOT GOING DOWN isn't "a problem" -
a problem is when they won't go UP.

You can call Atwood for help during business hours or check their website for advice. You can also call COACH-NET, even if you aren't a member, for emergency Atwood Leveleg advice. The jacks NOT going down probably isn't conidered to be an emergency.
