have him check with his neighbors to see if their water is the same as his, then ask the owners about it, they might know something about their well or water source.

Maybe a pinhole leak in the fresh water hose is sucking in some air? Loose fitting?

Could be an Iron filter being used on the parks water supply. If that is the case, what you are probably seeing is very small air bubbles that will eventually disappear if the water sits long enough in a glass or a container like a water heater.

Residue from winterizing anitfreeze can cause this. Hot water doesn't fizz because the water heater tank has an air gap and heating the water also releases the oxygen.

Not hi-jacking the thread, but we have a 200ft deep well and the water comes out 52* year around which makes our down stairs toilet tank sweat so much, water runs off it. Have to keep a towel behind it to catch the drips. Been excessively hot this summer.

I have seen that at campgrounds when filling the dog’s water bowl from the campground spigot. The air bubbles disappear fairly fast. Never worried about it. If it stayed cloudy that would concern me very much.

you don't say if he is hooked up to the CG's water or if he filled and is using his on board tank/pump. would make a difference trying to figure out his problem.

Air is what causes the (fizzy) so either the trailer or CG , you need to elimate which one
