I'm hoping that next year we can purchase a new bunkhouse fifth wheel. We thought we would love the cougar 322QBS, but after being in one we no longer do.
What I need is 3-4 bunks in a seperate bunkroom. I want to be able to get up in the morning and not wake up all of the kids. I love the ones that have the outdoor kitchens, we could use the heck out of that. I also want something with good sized tanks because we do dry camp occasionaly and 40 gallons of fresh water doesn't go far with 5 people.
I can search all day on the internet and find fifth wheels all over the place, but sometimes other peoples suggestions and experience really help to find something that was missed.
So please post up what you like and don't like about different models.
We currently have a springdale 267 with 2 bunks. We've used the heck out of it and have probably pulled it over 10,000 miles in the 4 years we've owned it.

Take a look at the Sandpiper and Sierra lines. We've had a Sandpiper 355QBQ and a 365SAQ and have loved them both. Both have a bath and a half, and have a complete separate bunkroom for the kids. They carry 54 gallons of fresh water and have 108 gallons of each grey and black water. The QBQ has the center isle in the main bedroom and the SAQ(hence the name) has the side aisle. The kitchen is much more open in the SAQ and the main bath has the toilet/shower together(which we found we really like). Both of ours have the outside kitchen which is where most of our meals are prepared. Good luck in your search and happy camping.

How about your Tow Vehicle? This has a large play in what type of BH 5ver we could help you narrow down to. The Sandpipers, Cedar Creeks, and KZ's have some really nice 355 series BH's, but a 1 ton TV is required.

We have the KZ 305BH. Really nice set up, however I would only buy this model if its on the lot and you can hook it up to your TV prior to purchase. I have a level issue that KZ and the dealership are working on.

+1 of either the 355QBQ or the 365SAQ. The QBQ is lighter and shorter by a little. Our max GVW is like 13,800 but we do not full time and have never seen north of 12,500. We do not haul water or wast so that may be one reason.

saw a Jayco 30.5 this past weekend. Bunk house area looked like a room instead of a place with a curtain drawn drawn over the hallway. An enclosed bathroom and lots of storage.
