Does anyone have experience (good or bad) with National RV, now in Belleville, MI? Considering buying a tt from them but concerned about their operation. Thanks.

They were down in Milan, MI for a few years and moved into the old Walt Michaels sales center. They pretty much only sale Forest River products. I was not impressed with the salemen or the product when they were in Milan. They are a wholesale center and do little to no service there, so you're on your own for warranty work.
I'd put then in the group with General RV over in Brownstown Twp with push the sales and poor to no service afterm the sale.

Just so you all know...I went there to buy the new TT. They suck!! They quoted me a price and then when I got there they gave me some song and dance about not really understanding what I wanted for options. What a rip off place! They are a bunch of con-artists. Unfortunately my wife (the real boss) did not want to have to drive to another dealer, so we bought it at National. I'm not impress and would not recommend anyone to buy form them. By the way, I got the best price on the 2012 Slingshot 29BH at Hamilton RV in Midland. I wish my wife would have let me go there instead of dealing with these crooks at National in Belleville.

Went there to look at a particular model. Salesman knew nothing about it at all. He actually said as we were looking at it: "this is kinda nice, I've never seen it before..." or something along those lines. Impressive product knowledge...

When they were at the Milan location, I had called one of their salesmen to get a quote on two units located at one of their affiliated dealers in East Lansing (he said they could have them brought over to their facility). Never got a response back.

They are part of a group of affiliated Rv dealerships. In addition to East Lansing I believe some others are in Grand Rapids and Muskegon.

They have changed a lot this year. My buddy worked for them for a few years in Milan. This year most of the good & experienced salepeople were let go when the owners young daughter was put in charge.

I just bought a new Slingshot 25bh from them. The price was in line with any other dealer in the area and they will price match. The sales staff were very well versed in the products and low pressure. They carry a very eclectic variety of rv's. I really recommend them. They are very service oriented and not anything like General RV. I guess some dealers can change.

I have bought my lsst 2 MHs from General RV. One was in Wixom and the other in Wayland, MI. The service was great at both and that was warranty on used MHs. I would definitely go back if I ever get another MH.
