I was told that there was a nation wide outage of the 4G network and it took my device down with it. I told them I was not in a 4G area, only 3G so how did that happen. It seems that if you have a 3G/4G device with a simm card in it, if one of the systems goes down it takes the other one with it. In all fairness, they offered to turn on the hot spot feature of my Droid so I could get on line at no charge. It had something to do with how these phones handles 3g/lte. The way I understand it, it is the same process that allows voice and data simultaneously. It was unfortunate to happen at the same time they were rolling out their newest LTE phone, the Samsung Charge. Everything seems to be back to normal today. I could not get online last Night until about 10pm Central Time. A Friend who was less than 50 Miles away had a little trouble in the Morning, but by Noon was OK. God Bless!
