Congratulations on your new purchase. Looks like a very nice unit. Love the colors. Which color did you get? I love the RED.

Exterior is a light grey (silver?) and interior is the red/gold and dark grey...

One tip you may already know for raising and lowering the pop-up roof (I used to have a VW Westfalia): make sure one door is open to let the air in or out. Otherwise in one case it creates a vacuum that makes it hard to raise the roof, and in the other it pushes the cloth out where is gets pinched.

Enjoy your new unit. For the way you plan to use it, it looks like a good fit.

Yes, I had that scoped. It raises almost automatically with the gas pistons... Just a bit tricky lowering... I pull it down about 1/2 way, pull in the material all around, then pull completely down.

The only places I could find them was in Ottawa Canada, and Kamloops BC, Canada...the factory is in Quebec
