Wow ..so easy to use , thanks to all that recommended using it.

So the renos are ongoing we had stripped the interior a couple of months ago , finally got up to 13 deg ( now its back to -2)the other day so thought lets put this floor down. Took all of about 4 hours to install.

Looks great and more than just a few have used it, but I would worry about it expanding and shrinking especially in extreme climates like you seem to have. It appears it's fairly temperature sensitive and even the install directions say to store it at a temp of at least 65 deg for 24 to 48 hours before you install it and to ensure the temp is at least 65 deg when you install it. Also, somewhere I read the max temp range it should be subjected to is something like 50 to 85 deg and you need to leave like 1/8" space along the edges for expansion that has to be covered by molding since it's a free floating floor and needs that gap for expansion contraction of both the allure and subfloor.

Maybe the small areas in an RV compensate for the designed/recommended temp ranges and I guess time will tell.

I installed it in our S&B home in the country kitchen and connecting hallway, powder room and foyer and it really looks nice and was a breeze to install.

Yes the instructions do say that

We only used 4 box's so I thought if it goes south no biggie

Yes very crazy temp changes right now we had 7deg today but more snow on Wednesday.

So far so good still perfect and flat .....we actually screwed the furnature down through the floor so it no longer "floats"

Nice work. I wouldn't worry about expansion and contraction too much. I installed this in our trailer last August leaving an 1/8" space max. Went there last week for the first time since December. Temperature was about 20F inside.
Didn't look like any movement. still had the same 1/8" gap (I didn't install any molding yet, just two transition strips - one to the carpeted rear bedroom, the other to the side bathroom).

You might get by with allowing that 1/8 inch, but the OPs install looks like there is absolutely no gap around the edges to allow for expansion/contraction of the flooring. In an RV I might have increased that gap to like 1/4 inch vice the normal 1/8 inch as long as the molding would cover that gap.

Looks good,

I used Allure in a few rooms and halls in my house and liked it, so I decided to give it a try in my TT also. I used the wood grain look and it came out great. What did you use for edging? My old floor had a rubber beading but I used brown silicone. One thing to beware of- we had a plug in air freshener that leaked onto the Allure and it took off the finish, so now I need to repair it.

Not directly related to this thread, but a couple of comments.

1. Make sure you have at least 5 or 6 full planks of spare flooring for potential future repairs if needed.

2. When I laid our Allure I somehow got something caught under one 3ft length that caused a minor bulge that over a couple of years started to crack the surface. Just today I was able with patience and about an hours work able to lift the edge of that section at the seam where the effected section was attached to the next one's tab about 5 or 6 inches to either side of the "bulge" and then was able to fish out the little piece of debris causing the bulge. I then used a hair dryer to soften the sealing strip and actually reseal the seam and it seems to be holding. Allure and HD directions tell you how to cut out a damaged area and replace, but I have never had good luck doing than so I experimented with the lifting of the seam and doing a "fix" w/o actual replacement.

As I said just a couple of unrelated comments for your and other's consideration.
