Yep, we full time in a travel trailer. I travel a lot for work, so I figured why not take the family?
It's been great so far and we are learning and lot and seeing a lot. We are all really enjoying it.

Congratulations.
Who says you need a stick and brick anyway?

By the wind, I like the set up that you have. With the tow vehicle and the trailer it looks like a race car set. What do you have in the trailer? Just curious.

My job called for travel, so I would rather be with my family then away from them, and they agree. I love seeing the country. It's great. And the whole family has adjusted pretty well to being in the smaller space.

Fulltiming is great. I love the smaller living space, it really freed me from all of my "junk" that was starting to own me in my past stationary homes. The only loss I am really feeling is when we started fulltiming, I had to sell my horses and goats.
Still miss them, but seeing 32 states and Canada and Mexico at the age of 27 when I talk with seniors who have yet to see more than their own hometown makes it all worth while.
You can see some amazing sights!

Fat bank account would help. 6mpg can drain it fast. Good thing someone else is paying for my fuel.
I love the ever changing big front yard. :-) My kids and I also love all the new poeple we meet. This week we were in Miami and met some great folks with kids our kids ages. They had a blast.

You may have a smaller space inside, but you have the ever changing big world as your front yard!
Congratulations on joining us vagabonds, we work on the road too and wouldn't live any other way!

It makes a lot of sense to me. Did you know that the Escapees RV Club began as a group of construction workers, many with families. There are still a number of such families active in the club today, although it is now a majority of us retired fulltimers.

Yep, there are lots of misconceptions about full-timing. Everyone seems to think you need a 40' DP and a fat bank account...
