Are you running on propane or electric? If propane turn up the thermostat to a hotter setting. If electric the element may be corroded and need cleaning. If that is not it, there is a tempering valve at the outlet of the water heater on many rv water heaters and you will see a hose that goes from the inlet of the valve to the outlet of the valve to control hot water temps leaving the heater, if you pinch this hose and you start getting hot water at the faucet then you have a bad tempering valve at the water heater.
