I suspect it wasn't freezing propane. (The freezing point of propane is -305F.)

I think he ment frozen propane regulator, which can and does happen.

Ok I think I figured it out. On the front of the regulator there is a plastic hex nut. Underneath that is another plastic nut, this one has an allan head on it. I just adjusted that allan screw until things started to work. I'm sure i'll have to get a gauge on it to make sure it is at the proper pressure before I use it though. Thanks for all the replies!!

THERE YOU GO!!!That's the one I was talking about! Turn it in to increase pressure, out to decrease. Anyone know what the pressure should be? I would measure the pressure at the furthest appliace from the regulator and adjust to the proper pressure.

I am going to stick my neck out there and dont mean to be rude but you have no business jacking around with that regulator. If you dont know what test equipment to buy or even how to test then leave it alone before harm comes to you or your family.
You could of even maybe installed the regulator backwards. I all for saving a buck but lp gas is very dangerous if you dont know what you are doing.

I'm not in the middle of the woods testing this out, i'm in front of my house. I wouldn't say i'm "jacking around" with the regulator. Obviously, if the appliances aren't working they probably need more propane. Before I even think about taking my family out in my rig, i'll be sure to have it tested, but thanks for your concern. I don't take LP gas lightly either, I know it is very serious business.

If you buy a lp reg they are preset to 11 inches WC. They do need to be verified. Whether in the backwoods or front yard does not matter in the least lp makes no distinction. There are test plugs for that and you do need to know what your doing. Just poping the cap from the reg and increseing the pressure will not help at all and could create a danger for you. Good luck to you. I had a good friend who would not listen and he is now gone and lingered for four days in a burn unit before he passed. That is all I have to say on this subject.

I'm not trying to start a pissing match, and I appreciate your concern. The tanks are turned off and until I can get the trailer to a certified RV dealer, they will remain that way.

I worked on RV's for a number of years after I retired from the USAF and was tired of working on airplanes.
I had a customer that had the same problem you have/had. He also turned his LP regulator up to make things work. When he brought it in, I diagnosed the problem and found that the oil in the propane had gathered in the corners of almost all the 90* elbows in the system. I disconnected all the appliances, and plugged the ends, except the one farthest from the tank. I blew a few tablespoons of the oil outta the lines. Checked and set the pressure, with the manometer, and all worked well from then on. I'm not saying this is your problem, but it's something to think about for those that are reading your thread.
I"m not saying that your "jacking around" with the regulator, but I'd have a manometer put on it, as I'm sure you will.
If your close to Tucson, AZ, I still have the knowledge and the manometer, and would be happy to help you. I'll even come to a park in Tucson, if it's not too far from my house............for free, even!!!!
